Accoya Timber Cladding at SMU Connexion
SMU Connexion is the city's first net-zero energy building, built to meet the building and construction authority's (BCA) green mark platinum certification. Accoya wood was chosen for this project's external wood facade because it is durable, stable and sustainable. We are the Accoya wood supplier for this project, as well as providing wood technical support and a wood technical support and a wood coating solution for future maintenance regimes. Tricoya MDF board
A one-of-a-kind extreme durability MDF panel with exceptional durability and stability that is ideal for use in the most extreme and challenging environments. Tricoya MDF has almost no reaction with water, which significantly increases its resistance to biological decay, improves dimensional stability, and makes it extremely durable. This board has the ability to be cut, coated, painted, sanded, bonded, and fastened.
Accoya Wood
Accoya wood is modified uniformly throughout the cross section rather than just at the surface. The entire cell wall structure is changed to repel moisture, greatly reducing the capacity for bound water and thus swelling and shrinkage. The wood structure is modified to provides excellent protection and sustained strength even when wet.
